Manager - Branding & Creative Content
Responsibilities
Create and implement brand strategies that align with business goals, conduct market research regularly to identify trends and consumer preferences.
Develop and constantly review brand guidelines to facilitate the everchanging needs. Be the gatekeeper of Kai Tak Sports Park branding, ensure consistency across all platforms including physical and digital, and marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Collaborate and support internal teams, by providing creative advises and executions, from concept, sketch to finished products, including events, advertising, social media, gifts and merchandise. Liaise with external vendors and contractor on budgeting and delivering up-to-standard design productions and installations
Work with internal cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to align branding initiatives. Communicate brand vision and strategy to internal stakeholders.
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty. Gather feedback from customers to develop upcoming branding strategy.
Maintain and manage branding activity budgets and allocate resources effectively, as well as production cost and budget, quality and timelines

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of relative experience in branding, design and creative industry
Solid knowledge and understanding of brand strategy and execution
Solid experience in creative design and output production
Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a team, as well as independently
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines & cope with several projects at a time
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good eyes and detail-oriented, be the gate-keeper of KTSP branding application across all materials
