Reporting to Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, the post holder is responsible for administering event management, community engagement, website management, and production of corporate collaterals, including editing and copywriting. Additionally, the role also involves managing donor relations and donor events.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan and organise corporate, publicity and community engagement events (e.g. talks, fun days) according to project schedule and budget, and to build relationship with community and stakeholders;
- To administer routine website management and corporate website revamp projects;
- To manage the production of corporate souvenirs;
- To manage donor relations, including organising donor visits, naming ceremonies, and maintaining donor database;
- To create, edit and proofread communications materials and corporate collaterals, including newsletter, brochure, and annual report;
- Liaise with vendors for production of publications, events and souvenirs; and
- Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor and the Head
Job Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
- At least 7 years’ working experience in communications of which 4 years in managerial positions in sizable or international organizations
- Excellent command of Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experienced in managing external working partners and collaborating with internal parties in accomplishing different corporate communications initiatives
- Strong sense of responsibility and crisis sense, highly dedicated, and attentive to details;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with proven multi-tasking skills
- Experience in healthcare industry is a definite advantage
- Proven vendor and agency management expertise
Compensation and Employment Terms
