Job Summary
Your daily job will involve delivering data analytics solutions to enhance Distribution & Customer experience, channel support, process optimization and achieve business objectives with insights gained from analyzing company data. Support FWD DX/CX strategy (sales & services) by leveraging lead data generation, developing end-to-end analytics support, establishing KPI reporting, and implementing engagement campaign as well as promoting data-driven culture across the organization.
The Job
Lead and develop data analytics capabilities to achieve business objectives. Support FWD Distribution & Customer Experience strategy using data analytics technique and customer relationship management, promoting data-driven culture across the organization.
Campaign Lead Generation
- Responsible for delivering data analytics solution, generating data insights, and identifying business opportunities to support channel growth and business development
- Enable cross-functional insight generations, including but not limited to sales lead generation, customer lifecycle management, as well as personalization
- Key contributor of lead management process across various sales touch points and ensuring consistent quality assurance
- Identify and recommend business opportunities by collecting and organizing customer data from a variety of touchpoints
- Establish campaign tracking mechanism to monitor the campaign performance
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Build strong partnership with different business units to understand business initiatives, elicit requirements and recommend appropriate analytics solutions to solve business problems
- Consolidate and present analytics results in a concise and easy to understand manner for business users at all levels, ranging from senior management to line managers
- Prioritize and manage business requests and BAU tasks, best utilizing the team’s resources to meet business needs
People Management
- Lead and train junior data analysts to derive data analytics & lead generation
- Source and partner with group data team or external vendors in delivering analytics projects when appropriate
- Drive trainings, improvement, groom and grow data analytics capability at different levels, forming a community of citizen data enthusiasm
The Person
- University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, advanced degree is preferred
- At least 5 – 8 years of experience in campaign management and business analytics, and proven track record in Banking/Insurance industry
- Strong understanding in database concepts & data modelling, business intelligence disciplines & data management tools
- Proficiency in programming languages, Python is highly preferred
- Sound communication skills to work with business partners of different levels and backgrounds. Able to articulate ideas verbally and in written forms
- Able to work independently, pro-active, team player, creative and detail-oriented
