Job Purpose:
Responsible for the development and implementation of business plan for structured investment products & FX-related businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve continuous growth in structured investment products & FX-related businesses
• Support strategic planning for business expansion including development of new product types, new customer segments, new sales channels, etc
• Analyze market trends and keep track of market intelligence for effective product management and innovation
• Launch competitive products, services, promotion campaigns to meet evolving needs of different customer segments, and conduct ongoing evaluation and review
• Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners / product providers to provide quality products and services to the bank’s customers
• Work with business partners and advertising agencies on above-the-line and below-the-line marketing pieces, campaign execution and evaluation
• Develop and control the quality of customer communication in relation to products under management
• Support enhancement of systems, platforms, digital capabilities and workflow automation to increase productivity and achieve business goals
• Co-ordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns
Incumbent Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 6–8 years of solid experience in product development, preferably in structured investment products in banking field
• Strong analytical skills and utmost attention to details
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
