To review and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
To ensure all credit-related applications adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations.
To address 1st line inquiries related to credit accounts, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
To assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of credit risk.
To ensure accurate and up-to-date credit records and data integrity within credit management systems.
To collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to facilitate smooth credit administration processes.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary or Bachelor’s degree education in Business, Economics, Finance or Risk Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in banking / financial industry.
Knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and relevant regulations will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
