Plan and execute content for online and offline marketing activities/ad-hoc events.
Manage company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Douyin, Xiao Hong Shu and YouTube.
Create, curate, and publish engaging marketing content on social media, including copywriting, providing visual and video creative directions to increase fan interaction and brand exposure.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans to attract new members, expand the community, and enhance its reach.
Monitor market trends and competitors, and propose relevant strategy adjustments.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metric by utilizing various tools but not limited to GA, Meta, and YouTube.
Provide recommendations for improvements to optimize marketing strategies and maximize outcomes.
Cultivate relationships and manage collaborations with key influencers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), to achieve desired promotional results.
Assist in organizing events and exhibitions.
Any other ad hoc projects to be assigned
Requirement
Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines with at least 1-2 years' marketing experience in digital/advertising/event marketing
Creative, independent, proactive and willing to take challenge
Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline and quality
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work well as a team
Sound knowledge in digital and social media, experience in WeChat, Douyin and Xiaohongshu marketing will be an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as MA. Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
