Job Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Manager in daily operations and assist with ad hoc requests.
- Review customer manuals and ensure internal alignment with customer requirements; collaborate with stakeholders and regional offices to meet order expectations.
- Provide guidance and solutions to team members; make decisions on customer handling within the team’s scope.
- Oversee the quotation process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain order data accuracy in the ERP system; countersign label purchase orders exceeding approval limits.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional offices to ensure timely shipments.
- Manage the full order processing cycle, including order inquiries and scheduling; ERP system entry and updates; payment and translated artwork follow-up; ship mark and label arrangement; sample coordination and inspection bookings
- Occasional travel required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration, merchandizing or business studies or equivalent.
- 8 years or above in merchandizing or related position, preferable with MNC experience.
- Experience working with major US retailers is a strong advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated, and responsible with a strong ability to work independently, detail-oriented with a collaborative and team-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
