Microbiologist Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbial tests on water, food, Chinese medicines and other samples as assigned

• Conduct on-site swab tests and collection of environmental / food samples for testing purpose

• Develop and validate new test methods to comply with customer's and HOKLAS requirements

• Perform other laboratory duties such as sample registration, SOP preparation, document control, maintenance, and calibration

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Science subjects with microbiology courses

• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and bacteria culturing methods

• Good analytical, communication and organization skills

• Responsible, initiative, and good team player

• Good in Cantonese and English

• Candidates with more relevant experience would be considered as Assistant Microbiologist / Microbiologist
