Support team and work closely with back office on the trade execution, to resolve settlement issue and ensure accuracy of all trades related matters for wide range of listed products in global markets, including but not limited to equity and derivatives.

Assist with client enquiries from account opening KYC to account maintenance including margin calls settlement, corporate actions, account information update and deposit/withdrawal etc.

Handle regular reporting, Audit and Compliance/AML checks, accounts risk review, limits review to meet regulatory/internal rules and requirements.

Assist with system enhancement, user acceptance testing etc.

Support team in system procurement process, submitting billing and help with team’s projects from time to time.
