Requirements:
Good command English and Mandarin

Experience in bartending and team leadership is highly valued

Inventory control and cost management

Cocktail creation and menu innovation

Staff training and performance coaching

Conflict resolution and guest relations

Event planning and vendor coordination

Job Details:
Daily Operations:
Oversee opening/closing procedures, ensure cleanliness, and maintain equipment.

Staff Supervision:
Train, schedule, and manage bartenders and support staff.

Inventory Management:
Order supplies, track stock, and minimize waste.

Customer Service:
Handle complaints, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Compliance:
Enforce liquor laws, health and safety standards, and maintain inspection records.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor transactions, assist with budgeting, and support profitability goals.

Event Coordination:
Plan and execute promotional events or entertainment nights.
