Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist the team in deal execution, including documentation, implementation of internal processes and coordination with other parties involved in the transaction;

Prepare pitching materials to provide market intelligence and other information relevant to the client’s funding needs

Prepare reporting materials for internal procedure purpose

Update market information and provide research information for debt issuance activities in different markets;

Requirements:
Degree holder or above preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with HKQF-related qualifications

Holder of SFC Type 1, 4 licenses is preferred

At least 1 year or above related work experience in DCM market, with deal execution exp is preferred

Independent, ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

Detail-minded, excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Office applications and Bloomberg/Wind skills preferred

Fluency in Mandarin and English
