Operation Clerk (Sea Freight Export)

Qualifications & experience

• F.5 or above.

• 3-5 years of sea freight operation experiences in the forwarding industry.

• Familiar with shipping documents.

• Good command of Mandarin & English.

• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle daily sea freight operation, both LCL and Consolidation.

• Follow up routing order, SOP, shipping instructions from overseas offices / agent to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

• Ensure service reliability and enhance customer relationship.

• Maintain clear and accurate documents

• Other ad-hoc tasks designated by the supervisor
