Job title- Operations Associate (Data entry level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Associate to support our daily operational activities.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes, with a particular focus on updating client balance statements and maintaining data integrity.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proficient in both English and Chinese, and comfortable working with Excel, including basic macro troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including updating files, systems, and records.
Accurately update and maintain client balance statements in both English and Chinese within designated systems.
Refresh Excel macros and perform simple VBA troubleshooting to ensure smooth automation of reports and templates.
Maintain organized and up-to-date databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate across teams to support workflow efficiency and operational consistency.
Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using and refreshing macros.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of VBA code when scripts are not functioning correctly.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with financial data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with financial systems, databases, or ERP platforms.
Experience supporting process improvements or internal audits.
Exposure to project coordination or cross-functional team initiatives.
