Reporting to the Head of New Products, your role will involve researching and ideating new products that can enhance the overall gaming experience for our players. Your Day-to-Day:
- Research to identify trends and opportunities that can shape our product strategy
- Design and implement surveys and questionnaires to gather feedback
- Conduct insightful interviews and focus groups that uncover thoughts and ideas
- Prepare reports and presentations that bring research findings to life
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research aligns with our goals and vision
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across international time zones, mainly HK and the US
