Responsibilities
- Handle reception related tasks such as handling incoming calls, inquiry and courier etc.
- Provide all-rounded administrative support to the Senior Management, on both business and personal matters.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, taking minutes and maintaining records.
- Manage the Senior Management's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments and logistical support
- Coordinate and organise events, functions and committee meetings on behalf of the Manager.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- 5.5 working day per weeks
Requirements
- Diploma or above, secretarial experience is preferable
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within Medical Industry.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office, and good typing speed of Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; Good command in spoken and written of English and Cantonese
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality and protect the employer’s privacy at all times
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Immediate availability preferred
