工作职责：
1.Responsible for formulating work plans of international business lines based on the overall development strategy of the Asset Management Department.
2.Responsible for preparing various periodic and ad hoc reports.
3.Responsible for communication and coordination with other departments and internal teams to facilitate the implementation of management projects.
4.Responsible for collecting and analyzing data from the asset management industry and competitors to support industry research, assist in drafting relevant research reports.
5.Perform other assigned management and coordination tasks.
任职资格：
1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values
2.Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics, management, or related fields.
3.Prior experience in fund, securities, or insurance asset management is preferred; familiarity with business logic and data characteristics of the asset management industry.
4.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other common office software; good at Bloomberg and Wind.
5.Excellent writing and communication skills; capable of independently drafting various documents for different scenarios.
6.Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and industry research capabilities; able to clearly organize and present information.
7.Proficient in both Chinese and English communication and writing.
8.Strong coordination and teamwork skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and meticulous in work.
