Key responsibilities include:
Act as the primary contact point to coordinate project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Assist the Project Manager(s)/Director(s) in managing and monitoring project planning, design, implementation, and timely completion of works.

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure work quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications, including drawing coordination (interior design, E&M, …) and fitting-out details’ execution, etc..

Identify and promptly report to management any irregularities, defects, or non-compliant practices for immediate follow-up action.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant parties to ensure adherence to approved samples, shop drawings, and agreed schedules.

Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the project team.

Maintain and organize all relevant documents and drawings of the project, not less than programme, design drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, material samples, reports, certificates and contractor’s submissions, etc..

Prepare progress reports and maintain an effective filing system, highlighting updates, issues, and corrective actions.

Arrange and coordinate meetings, variation approvals, and other project-related activities with both internal and external parties.

Support special project initiatives such as fitting-out works of residential units, decorative show flats, and other bespoke projects.

Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by management to support project objectives.

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Project Management, Building Studies, Interior Design, or related discipline.

3–5 years’ relevant experience in residential or fitting-out projects preferred.

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Independent, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
