Responsibilities:
- Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Assist in project timelines, budgets, and quality standards-related documents and reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Graduated from Interior Design or Art related disciplines with at least 1 year of related work experience will have an advantage
- Knowledge of site map and interior design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
- Independent with strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask who is willing to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Fresh grads welcome and training will be provided
