Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data center projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, project management) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in data center projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Experience on data center infrastructure transformation project is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
