Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor the progress and status of current projects closely to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality.

Identify requirement and establish schedule for the development process of new products.

Monitor the project process to fulfil Organization Types.

To perform the projects with Integration management, Scope Management, Quality management, resource management and communication Management.

Risk management and analyse KPIs of projects.

Update and report project status to top management regularly.

Provide support to internal departments regarding project-related inquires when needed.

Establish and maintain an effective filing system for related documents of projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or other related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development or other related fields.

Working experience in retail / healthcare / beauty industry would be an advantage.

Exposure in electronics appliances / health / Skin care products is required.

Good presentation, Communication, and Negotiation skills are necessary.

Detail-minded, Well Organized and Self-motivated

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Proficient in written English and Chinese.
