WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
Visual merchandising
- Manage distributors and travel retailers to implement global VM directives and programs, ensuring best in class execution and alignment and consistency to global brand and VM guidelines.
- Lead all stores including full price stores, travel retail stores and outlets so that they have the appropriate, correct and adequate interior VM props and images to strengthen the positioning of the brand.
- Manage the ordering and replenishment, ensuring on time delivery, of all VM materials including for window and instore materials and props, from collecting and consolidation of orders from distributors and travel retailers.
- Act as a conduit between Global Marketing and VM teams and regional sales team and distributors and travel retailers to feedback on visual merchandising directives and execution. Involve in the strategic planning process with Global VM team to bridge any gaps between global expectations and local markets.
- Work closely with regional sales team and distributors and travel retailers to introduce newness and cross merchandizing opportunities in full prices stores and travel retail stores.
- Develop and source appealing and appropriate window and instore VM materials and props for distributors and travel retailers, making sure quality and costs are aligned with global guidelines.
- Manage the development of special window solutions (CNY, Diwali or regional/market specific collections) through working closely with local markets and Global VM. Manage all monthly window rotations and in-store VM in the APAC region, ensuring rotations are performed in a timely manner and up to global standard. Inform Global VM of any out-of-rotation window execution.
Communication
- Lead and enhance communication process with teams including global teams, TUMI Asia teams, distributors and travel retailers.
- Manage best practice sharing of VM execution and standards with global VM team and distributors and travel retailers.

YOU NEED TO BE...
- Degree holder
- with at least 8 years or above experience in a corporate retail environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, proactive candidate with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English and Cantonese, mandarin will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
