Research Assistant (holding a functional title of Product Operations Specialist - Visual Design Focus)

The appointees will assist the project leader in one of the research projects below:

“AI-Powered Interactive Marketing and Customer Engagement Solution”

(. No.: AiDLab/P1.1/R098), or

“Designer-led AI System for Fashion Accessory and Lifestyle Product Design”

(. No.: AiDLab/P1.2/R101), or

“AI-Driven Pattern Making System for Fashion”

(. No.: AiDLab/P1.3/R104)

Job Duties:

a) Design promotional materials (website banners, social media graphics, event posters).

b) Produce product demo videos (editing, animation, voiceovers) to enhance presentations.

c) Create user manuals/guides (text-visual integration for readability).

d) Assist in brand visual optimization and maintain design consistency.

e) Support marketing campaigns with creative visual solutions.

Qualifications Requirements:

a) Bachelor’s degree holder in related disciplines with at least 1-year experience of operational/design experience with strong visual communication skills.

b) Proficient in Figma/PS/AI/Canva and video editing tools (Premiere/CapCut/AE).

c) Ability to execute end-to-end creative design processes independently.

d) UX sensitivity to enhance product appeal through visuals.

e) Experience in tech/Internet promotional material design is preferred.

f) Basic 3D modeling or motion design skills (Blender/Lottie) are preferred.

g) English proficiency for international content creation is preferred.

h) Detail-oriented with adaptability to fast-paced iterations.
