Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 532833) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have an M.Phil. degree in Medical Science, Biological or Biomedical Science, or related disciplines. Those with experience in cancer biology, biostatistics, and molecular laboratory techniques like DNA/RNA extraction, human tissue processing and immunohistochemical staining, would have an advantage. Applicants should be reliable, committed, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary environment. The appointee will need to work between research groups, and assist in gynecological cancer-related clinical trials and translational research. Those without relevant experience may be considered for the post of Research Assistant II.
