Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant I/II in the Applied Oral Sciences & Community Dental Care, Faculty of Dentistry (Ref: 532701), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Dentistry, Medicine, Engineering, or relevant disciplines. He or she should have a good command of written and spoken English, research experience, academic writing skill, programming knowledge, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and effective collaboration and teamwork skills. Preference will be given to those with experience working on projects related to bioinformatics, animal surgery, or artificial intelligence.
The appointee will assist a team to liaise with related parties, collect clinical samples, analyse research data, and the laboratory work. He or she may perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned. For further information, please contact Professor Wei QIAO at drqiao@hku.hk.
