POSITION OVERVIEW
Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth
Evaluate pricing strategies and provide insights to optimize revenue management
Enhance forecasting capabilities to align with market conditions and consumer preferences
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on revenue performance and market insights
Support Director of Revenue Management to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven pricing strategies
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2 years of experience in revenue analysis, market research, or data analytics (preferably in the hotel industry)
Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in numerical analysis and data interpretation
IT savvy and familiar with relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, statistical analysis software)
Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with other departments
Proactive in problem-solving and a willingness to learn
