Job Duties:-
Handle any incoming calls , provide good customers service & answer any enquiry
-Issue the invoices & orders, Follow up the order & payment, Arrange the daily delivery schedule
-Handle any customers requirement
-Prepare reports & documents
- Maintain and update sales database
-Data entry,filing and sales demo
-Support to Sales team & implement promotion activities
-Any ad hoc assignments from management etc..
.Requirements:
-F.5 /DSE or above
-5 years or above related working experiences
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
-Familiar with MS Office Application (Word & Excel) and Chinese Word Processing;
-Hard Working, Independent, Well-organized, self-motivated & detail minded.
-Immediately preferred
-Location: Tuen Mun
