Our client, a world-leading industrial turbocharging technology company, is looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position:
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales in the Hong Kong market through strategy execution, customer engagement, and target achievement.
Sell service solutions (agreements, decarbonization, digital) and identify growth opportunities.
Build customer relationships, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
Promote turbochargers, conduct training, and provide marine upgrade services.
Manage customer data and explore new business in the shipping and marine sectors.
Requirements:
5+ years in industrial sales or technical support in ship-related industries
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused.
Skilled in negotiation, presenting solutions, and handling client needs.
Good Command of English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).
Experience with ship management, owners, yards, or marine equipment preferred.
