We are growing and we’re looking for talent to come onboard our Marketing team as a Senior Organic Marketing Manager based in Hong Kong.
Mission
Your mission is to manage, grow and scale MoneySmart Hong Kong’s organic search profile. You will be responsible for managing multiple SEO projects – executing on project tasks, deliverables, and achieving milestones, including everything from on-page optimisation, data analysis, competitive research, and much more.
This role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Translate Group Marketing Strategy inputs and execute technical and content-driven organic initiatives
- Lead development and execution of On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO strategies
- Identify SEO growth opportunities in main areas such as site infrastructure, keyword selection; increase revenue, traffic, leads, and users base
- Perform content analysis, SERPs research, conversion analysis and monitor trends in industry to come up with competing features and CRO test ideas
- Collaborate with the content team for Blog and Social Media content curation by providing SEO best practices and sharing latest search trends
- Partner with external agencies to support and drive organic growth initiatives
- Recruit, train, lead and inspire a local organic team and identify & build key capabilities we need to meet our business objectives
- Work closely with the Hong Kong General Manager, Commercial, Product and Operation teams to help consult, coordinate and ensure cross-function alignment to effectively execute upon our tactical strategies
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in search engine optimization with a proven track record of success. Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces or fintech sites are preferred
- Strong knowledge on On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. Must be able to measure and report on the performance of SEO success
- In-depth understanding of search algorithms and trends
- Strong Familiarity in using industry tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Experience in people management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently as well as with different cross-functional teams
