About the role
The store located in Causeway Bay will provide clients with the world’s major investment gold and silver coins. As the largest distributor of People's Bank of China's Gold Panda Coins worldwide, we have been part of the precious metal coins industry in mainland China for almost 30 years and are now expanding our presence overseas. As distributors of renowned mints from Australia, Canada, Austria, and other countries, we aim to provide precious metal coin products to investors and collectors around the world.

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager / Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores in the Central and Western District . As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth within our dynamic Retail & Consumer Products organization.
What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budget control;

Supervising the store located in Central, facilitating sales and repurchase of the world’s major investment gold and silver coins as well as collectible coins, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and membership base;

Assisting clients with pricing and placing orders via Company website and maintaining clear and effective communication with our back-office team;

Attending and assisting with coin expos and conferences periodically.
What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience within a retail leadership or supervisory roles (luxury experience preferred)

Able to manage the store alone after the initial training period (both at our headquarter
in Nanjing and on-site in the store);

Proactive and open to learning about different products and opportunities;

Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage
