Responsibilities:
Leverage strong global talent acquisition experience to meet the company’s development needs across various regions, including Hong Kong, China (Shenzhen), and USA (California).
Formulate and drive a comprehensive Global Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Expand the global talent pool and funnels by building a robust international network.
Establish and maintain a Global Talent Database to support future development plans.
Collaborate with line managers to thoroughly understand and address the company’s talent needs.
Requirements:
Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines.
Over 10 years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition; Experience in the IVD/biotech industry is essential.
Proven track record in talent acquisition for multinational corporations (MNCs).
Proactive with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing company environment.
Location of position: Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China
