We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. To strive for long term development and assure the product quality, our Chinese medicine pharmaceutical plant in Yuen Long, with a floor area of over 110,000 square feet, has been awarded by GMP accreditations from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong as well as the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling full spectrum of Training & Development functions including but not limited to in-house training, seminars and external training classes
Conduct training needs analysis and organize learning and development activities to meet company mission
Prepare training report analysis and keep all training records up-to-date
Plan, design, organize and evaluate full cycle training activities to support business development and manage each delivery timeline
Develop and execute customer service programs, work together with different business units to enhance the brand service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve the sales and service goals
Requirements:
University Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Hands-on training experience in Retail industry will be definitely an advantage
At least 1 years of solid experience in training and development field
Proactive learner with positive and can do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to details and flexible
Proficient in video editing, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
Immediately available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Training Officer
