Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessment of medical cases up to the authorization limit
- Ensure the assigned new business cases comply with the Company’s New Business Policy & Procedures, Underwriting Guideline, Rule Book and service pledge
- Provide sellers’ enquiries supports
- Review Underwriters’ works if required;
- Assist Team Leader or Managers to keep track of application requests and prepare control reports
- Handle any ad-hoc assignments/projects
Job Requirements
- University Degree holder
- 1 - 3 years of underwriting experience
- Analysis/Problem Solving
- Customer Service
- Business Senses
- LOMA / ACS
- Detailed oriented with excellent client oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
