The Challenge District is the cradle of the top leaders of the industry, led by Mr. Terence Yee. Our recruitment principle is “Quality rather than Quantity”, we are one of the highest recruitment districts of the Company. The District has won numerous awards, lasting 10 years from 2007 to 2016, won the most honorable prize of Million Dollar Round Table “MDRT” Member. The number and proportion of members ranks first among 289 districts of the Company. No one has broken the record so far. In 2023, we are the champion of the largest number of Million Table Members and Premier Advisors, along with Super MDRT District and Super Premier Advisor District.

【About Our Team】
Kenneth established a mature and stable team, named CL-PL in 2010. All members are qualified for a Bachelor degree or above and hold internationally recognized professional qualifications such as RFP Registered Financial Planner, MDRT Million Table Member, etc. We serve our clients with professional attitude, we have a systematic framework for the team’s goal setting. We are now actively expanding our high net wealth clients and corporate customers. We would like to gather the professional elite from various industries, work as partners and develop the business by using this powerful platform.
Kenneth is keen on developing a strong team in AIA, with extensive experience in the financial services sector. He has worked in AIA for more than 20 years. Since joining AIA in 2002, he has been a Million Table Member (MDRT) 17 times since 2007, once as a Million Table Top Member (TOT), and has led the leadership team to a Million Table (MDRT) Honor, becoming the top 1% insurance practitioner in the industry.
We are well aware of the customer’s needs, and provide them with the best advice to develop a holistic wealth management proposals for them. We become their financial and life coach after the customer has insured, we aim to stay with them and walk through every stage of their life. Providing quality service, especially after sales services is our mission.

- Develop appropriate financial planning plans for customers and analyze market trends

- Enhance business knowledge and reserves, actively expand customer resources, start your own business, and lead your own team
【Minimum Entry Requirements】
- HKID card holders
- IANG / TTPS / QMAS / Dependent visa holder are also welcomed
- Undergraduate or postgraduate holders in any disciplines with 4 years solid working experience
- Being proactive, hardworking, resourceful, and capable of dealing with new situations and challenges
- Fluent in Putonghua
