Key Responsibilities
Daily accounting operations (Issuing invoices, receipts, accounts receivable, banking and payment transactions, data input, etc.)
Process daily data entry such as documents preparing and filing etc.
Reimbursement of Petty Cash and review and verify staff claim
Attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines.
Assist in the month-end closing
Assist in the year-end audit
Assist ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Good command of Chinese and English (spoken, written, and typing)
Independent, detail-minded and responsible
General PC knowledge of MS Office
Strong customer experience is an advantage
Immediate availability is highly preferred
