職責

協助屋苑經理及主任履行屋苑物業管理、會所管理、一般屋苑收支、發出通告及文書處理、 監督外判承辦商表現等

工作時間(輪班)

上午9時至下午6時

或

上午7時45分至下午4時45分

或

下午1時半至下午10時半

.每週工作5 (輪休,公眾假期及週六、週日當值)

.每天工作 9 小時 (1小時用膳)

薪酬

.每月$16,000 - $17,000 (按經驗及職級)

.超時工作補假

.中五程度

.良好中英文書寫
