Descriptions
工作範圍：
- 籌劃中心各項活動，帶領認知刺激及餘暇社交小組
- 為認知障礙症患者提供日常照顧及支援中心運作
入職要求：
- 具長者服務 保健員 或 活動工作員 或 復康助理 經驗優先
