Account and Admin Clerk
Job Descriptions:
Handle full set of books and accounts, daily functionalities of A/R, A/P and general ledgers
Perform accounting operations including bank reconciliation, preparing vouchers, cheques, bank receipts, payment transactions & etc;
Monitor bank book movement for management review;
Assist general administrative duties such as coordination of functional departments in office operation.
Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as required.
Requirements:
LCCI / Diploma or above;
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g. Peachtree)
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Fresh graduates are welcome
