Accounts Clerk (Payroll)
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Functions:
Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll
Maintain accurate payroll records, benefits, and statutory deductions
Respond to employee queries regarding salary and leave
Monitor roster planning of front line and assist preparation of statutory reports
Accounting Functions:
Prepare journal entries related to payroll, benefits and provisions
Assist in invoice processing related to HR.
Assist monthly reports and reconciliation tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in payroll or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
Good communication and team collaboration skills
