Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Liaise with clients and suppliers, maintaining positive relationships
- Prepare materials and assist in meetings, including offsite events
- Handle various ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same field
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer skills
Salary range from HKD18-20k, negotiable. 5.5 days work (alternative Saturday)
Bank holiday ; Office located in Tai Po
