Providing various professional and technical services

About 50 staff

Located in Island East, Siu Sai Wan

THE JOB

Perform general administrative tasks, oversees daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc

Supervise/work with a clerical staff

Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Conduct regular performance monitoring and prepare various expense reports

Keep track of all payments and expenditures

Handle and prepare accounting documents

Various H.R. functions & Payroll handling

Procurement and negotiations liaise with suppliers

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

Higher Dip or above preferable

3 years related experience

Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently with team, self-motivated and abilities to handle multi-tasks

Good team player, be a bright, flexible and patient professional

Excellent communication skills with bilingual language capability

Strong problem-solving capabilities with can-do attitude

Mature and independent with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to work independently and under pressure, with tight deadlines

Good command of computer software with knowledge in accounting software preferably

Less experience/qualification will be considered as Asst. Administrator / Clerk
