Responsibilities 工作職責:
- Handle and process air freight export documentation, such as Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), and other relevant paperwork
- 處理及整理空運出口文件，如主運單 (MAWB) 、分運單 (HAWB) 及其他相關文件
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of shipment information into company systems
- 確保準確及及時地將貨運資料輸入公司系統
- Assist with daily airfreight operations and provide administrative support
- 協助日常空運運作及提供行政支援
- Work on a shift schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- 需輪班工作，包括通宵班、週末及公眾假期
Requirements: 職位要求:
- HKDSE / HKCEE graduate or above
- 香港中學文憑試 / 中學會考或以上學歷
- 1 year or above relevant experience in airfreight operations preferred (Fresh Graduate Welcome)
- 一年或以上處理空運相關經驗優先 (歡迎應屆畢業生申請）
- Experience with MAWB, airwaybill, and airfreight documents is an advantage
- 有主運單、空運提單及空運文件處理經驗者優先
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- 良好中英文書寫及會話能力 (廣東話及普通話）
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- 熟悉 MS Office 辦公軟件
- Responsible, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
- 具責任心、細心並能在壓力下工作
- Willing to work on overnight shifts
- 願意接受通宵輪班工作
Work Hour : 09:00-1800 and 21:00-06:00 (On Shift Duty , 6 days / week)
工作時間: 09:00-1800 及 21:00-06:00 (每星期6天工作, 輪更輪休)
Work Location: Cheung Sha Wan (Near Cheung Sha Wan MTR Station)
工作地點: 長沙灣 (鄰近長沙灣港鐵站)
