Responsibilities* Handle debt restructuring enquires and negotiate with debtors on the best possible terms of the debt restructuring requests* Assess the debt restructuring requests and propose an appropriate interest rate and loan tenor for the debtors who are facing financial difficulty but are willing and able to repay by restructuring their facilities and repayment structure* Process debt restructuring repayments, bankruptcy dividends and deceased recoveries and handled in a timely manner* Handle admin & support job for Collection, such as transaction processing, access rights request, PC refreshment, stationery inventory etc.Requirement* University graduate or equivalent OR Secondary education plus 3 years or above experience on consumer banking* Minimum 3 year’s collection experience in consumer credit collection* Good knowledge in collection activities on consumer products* Good knowledge in DDRP, IVA, IDRP & Bankruptcy Handling* Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills* PC Knowledge: Excel, Access, Power Point, Word* Comply with guidelines / regulations laid down in the Code of Banking Practice, Code of Practice on Consumer Credit Data and HKMA Supervisory Policy Manual Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
