Manage relationship with clients and understand their wealth management needs
Provide clients with professional wealth management solutions
Provide clients with detailed information on various financial products
Handle and follow up client enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure timely follow up on client calls and queries
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably in brokerage industry
Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1
Proactive, patient and responsible
Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and customer-oriented
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin speaking)
