Architectural Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare design presentation, tender and construction drawings independent

• Prepare general building plans for statutory submission

• Conduct construction site meeting and inspection with the Contractors

• Co-ordinate with consultants and government departments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years after graduation from Architectural Master Degree

• At least 3 years working experience in commercial project preferred

• Working experience of preparation of design and tender drawings independently

• Hands on experience in preparation of submission to Buildings Department is preferred

• Proficient user in AutoCAD

• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
