- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Department’s undergraduate programme
- Administer and co-ordinate projects and admission exercises
- Manage effective filing system and database for record-keeping
- Provide logistic support for various departmental events
- Handle enquiries and liaise with both internal and external parties
- Design promotional materials for departmental activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of the Department or supervisor
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above, sub-degree holders with relevant working experience will also be considered
- A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- A high level of computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to carry out administrative duties both independently and as a part of a team
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund, and gratuity. Appointment will be made on contract basis for two years. Contract Renewal thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
