Assistant E-Commerce Manager
Job Responsibilities
E-Commerce
Identify and explore new e-business opportunities, developing partnerships with online platforms and e-commerce portals.
Plan and execute promotion strategies to maximize revenue across various e-commerce channels.
Manage day-to-day operations on online marketplaces, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Assist in managing and executing digital marketing programs and e-commerce channels through online potential platform.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular business reports, conduct market research, and analyze sales data.
Plan and implement digital marketing activities, media campaigns, and promotions on different online platforms.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, sales, and logistics departments.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
E-Shop Development & Management
Work with vendors to develop e-shops (Web & Apps) that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
Manage user requirement collection, and lead analysis, design, develop and quality assurance.
Responsible the e-shop enhancement, modification and UAT
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines;
Minimum 6 years relevant experience in FMCG, Digital marketing & E-Commerce operation;
Experience in working on retail CRM, digital & e-Commerce projects is essential
Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientated and well organized
Good team player and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Less experience will consider as Senior E-Commerce Executive
Immediate Available is highly preferable
