Plan and implement operation related projects for Branch Banking under Sales & Distribution, including system enhancement and process enhancement etc.
Lead and monitor the project as a whole and provide advice and support on process flow on operations of the team and frontline staff
Lead and implement initiatives to build collaboration between branches and all stake- holders to make sure that the project requirements are met as projects evolve.
Develop strategies and mechanisms to standardize branch operations procedures and avoid operations risks.
Work with Distribution Operations Team to execute regular or ad hoc tasks to fulfill bank and regulatory requirements, including AML, PDPO, Investment and Insurance compliance.
Requirements:
Secondary education or above, degree holder is preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ retail banking operations experience with 6 years’ experience at supervisory level is preferred.
Good knowledge on banking products and branch operations procedures
Thorough knowledge of retail banking practices, operation system and procedures.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
