About the role
The High-Net-Worth (HNW) Case Manager is tasked with delivering personalized, comprehensive, and high-touch service to my client’s HNW brokers. This position serves as a key point of contact, coordinating a variety of financial, lifestyle, and administrative services to address their clients’ complex requirements.
The HNW Case Manager should possess a thorough understanding of wealth management, financial products, and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills to ensure broker and client satisfaction, fostering long-term loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and HNW brokers. Foster and sustain enduring relationships rooted in trust, mutual understanding, and tailored service.
Maintain proactive communication with HNW brokers regularly to gain insight into their changing needs, financial objectives, and lifestyle preferences. Keep them informed with updates on market developments and product options.
Address HNW brokers' inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently. Ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily and escalate complex matters when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
What we’re seeking:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; IIQE, ANZIIF will be a nig plus
At least 6 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally within the insurance sectors
Proven experience collaborating with HNW brokers, clients, and wealth advisors
In-depth knowledge of wealth management and financial products
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Highly responsive with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to client service
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with various internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in Mandarin, Good in English and Cantonese
