• Participate in evaluation of products, services and vendors
• 
  Ensure H/W and S/W infrastructure technologies are being evaluated to improve infrastructure operation
• 
  Advise critical emerging application or infrastructure technologies
• 
  Develop infrastructure technology platform strategies, directions & roadmap to meet capability & capacity requirements for business operation & growth through benchmarking & adoption of best practices
• 
  Support Infrastructure teams to define architecture standards & strategies based on Infrastructure vision, industrial standards & best practices to enable manageable, scalable and high-performance infrastructure environment
• 
  Support infrastructure teams to analyze, recommend & support platform technology issues.
• 
  Review & validate infrastructure solutions for complex or non-standard configurations proposed by project teams
• 
  Carry out Infrastructure related task in accordance with IT support strategy for Overseas Branches
