The Co-curricular Programs Team of Dean of Students’ Office is dedicated to nurturing student growth and community building through a holistic approach. We are now seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join the team. The appointee’s roles are:
- To facilitate personal development workshops and experiential learning activities for students.
- To work with students and project groups by providing coaching, supervision, and feedback to students and their work.
- To support in the capacity building in the advisors’ community within HKUST, and the administration of learning and development programs; for example, liaison with partners, promotion, recruitment, database management, and evaluation.
Working outside normal office hours is required.
Applicants should have a recognized degree with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the learning and development related fields. Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Apart from being an effective communicator and facilitator, the ideal candidates should be an action-orientated team player, attentive to details, and have good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Candidates who have basic photo and video editing, and social media skills are advantageous. (Duration: 2 years; renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
